The Burnaby real estate market just got
hotter! Last weekend, we attended a preview of Centre Point Living, the
lastest apartment/townhouse project in Metrotown. Developed by
Intracorp Developments Ltd., the 32 storey apartment building is set to
be the tallest residential tower in Metrotown. It’s definitely an
exciting addition for Burnaby!
What attracted us to Centre

If you’re ever looking for peace and
quiet on a long weekend, stay in town! That’s what we did. The roads,
malls, and parks weren’t as busy as they normally are. Even our phones

pitched a tent together, roasted marshmallows over an open fire or
slept under the stars. But we would never deny these pleasures ...

The Burnaby real estate market has been
extremely busy for us the last couple of months. That explains why we
haven’t posted anything in a while. It’s funny, just when it seems like
we’ve run through all of our inventory (that’s how busy we’ve been),
calls for home evaluations flood our phone lines. It’s great timing! We
recentlly listed a couple of townhomes at 6662 Dunblane ...
